Products in our online store are also sold at our physical stores.

Shipping is calculated for express delivery. Please be aware that for items eligible for reduced shipping costs, we will adjust the shipping fee without prior notification.
Once payment is confirmed, we will ship within 1-4 business days. Shipments are generally made on Tuesdays and Fridays.
If you have a preferred delivery date, please specify it after completing payment, based on the following shipping schedule:

・Orders placed between Friday 10:00 AM and Tuesday 10:00 AM will be shipped on Tuesday.
・Orders placed between Tuesday 10:00 AM and Friday 10:00 AM will be shipped on Friday.
Please note that the shipping schedule may be delayed if the shipping day falls on a public holiday. We appreciate your understanding.

The yarns and handicraft tools we carry include products manufactured overseas.
Due to the characteristics of the materials and manufacturing methods, please be aware of the following points:

・There may be slight individual differences in color, thickness, texture, and twist depending on the lot and production period.
・Packaging, labels, and specifications may change without prior notice.
・Tools made of wood, metal, or natural materials may have small scratches, color variations, knots, or differences in texture.
・Minor scuffs or dents may occur on the outer packaging (boxes, bands, etc.) during international shipping.
・The actual color may appear different depending on your viewing environment.
・We inspect all products and sell only those that are fit for use.

Please place your order after understanding these points.

・While we try to send items from the same dye lot, it is possible you may receive items from different dye lots.
Please note that there may be slight color variations between dye lots.
・There may be knots in the yarn due to the manufacturing process.
・It can be difficult to restock imported yarns. Please order the required amount of yarn you need.

We only include a delivery note with the product and do not issue receipts.
Depending on your payment method, there are alternatives that can serve as a receipt, as listed below:

Credit Card Payment: Credit card statement
Bank Transfer Payment: Bank passbook, bank transfer statement

If you require a receipt, please indicate so in the remarks section during your purchase.
