The company was founded in 2006 and is owned by Klaas Hedström, who is also a dyer. Since acquiring Garnhuset in Kinna in 2013, the company has been dyeing much of its own yarn. The yarn factory is located in Fritzla, about 8 km from Kinna towards Borås.

We buy our yarn directly from spinning mills around the world, without any middlemen, and dye it in our dyehouses in Germany, Spain and Turkey, which allows us to maintain a favourable price profile.

Dyeing meets EU environmental requirements and Garnfärgeriet C. Hedström AB has expertise and extensive experience in yarn dyeing. We comply with EU environmental requirements.
