About the product

Please note that the color of the product may look slightly different depending on your monitor.

The color of thread products may vary slightly depending on the batch. Also, there may be unavoidable knots in the thread during the manufacturing process.

Also, products with cone-shaped thread may have different sizes of wraps, but they are essentially the same amount; they are simply wrapped with different tensions.

Product availability

The products in the online store are also sold in physical stores.
Depending on the timing, there may be cases where the online update is delayed and the stock is insufficient. In that case, we will contact you by email. If you do not receive an email, we may call you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Regarding your registered email address

If you are using a mobile phone carrier email address, please set it up so that you can receive emails from us. There are many cases where emails do not arrive. If you have an email address, it would be helpful if you could register an email address other than a carrier email address such as Gmail or Yahoomail.

Shipping Fee

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport with regional shipping charges.

Domestic shipping is free for purchases over 22,000 yen (excluding Okinawa).

Shipping charges will be calculated using Takkyubin, but we will change the shipping method for items that can be delivered using Nekopos or Takkyubin Compact. Please note that we will handle any requests for shipping reductions without contacting you.

Delivery time

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days.

Standard shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays every week.
・Orders placed between 10:00AM on Friday and 10:00AM on Tuesday will be shipped on Tuesday. ・Orders placed between 10:00AM on Tuesday and 10:00AM on Friday will be shipped on Friday.
If the shipping date falls on a public holiday, the shipping schedule may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

If you do not specify otherwise, we will arrange for delivery on the shortest possible date. This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note in advance.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Cancellations are only accepted prior to shipment.

If there is a mistake or defect in the product due to our negligence, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product, providing the following information:

・Order number

・Reason for return (If there is a defect, please attach a photo.)

We regret that we will be unable to accept returns in the following cases:

About receipts

Only a delivery note is attached to the product; no receipt is issued.
Depending on your payment method, there are things that can serve as a receipt as follows.
