Extra fine merino wool yarn from Italian manufacturer Dyeing House Gallery (DHG).
This slightly twisted roving retains the natural softness and lightness of wool, making it ideal for knitting and crocheting. When processed, this wool tends to expand and thicken, resulting in a very soft, warm and cozy texture.
Also great for macrame, needle punch and hand woven tapestries!
▷The cardigan in the photo is knitted at 8mm (the elastic part is 6mm) and I used 6 to 7 balls. If you shorten the sleeves, 6 balls may be enough.
The dyeing takes place in an environmentally conscious, GRS-certified dyehouse that meets product standards that set requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical regulations.
