About the Points Program

Found & Made's points program is a system where registered members of our store can earn 1 point for every 100 yen they spend, and 100 points can be used as 100 yen.

100 Points = 100 yen

500 Points = 500 yen

1000Point = 1100 yen

Please read the following information before participating in the program.

⚪︎You can earn points both online and in-store with the same account.

⚪︎Customers who register at the store are registered as guests, so in order to use their points, they will need to register as a member on the online store.

⚪︎To use points, you will need to exchange them for cash.

⚪︎Exchanged points cannot be shared between the online store and the store, so if you would like to use your points in-store, please exchange them at the register when you make payment, so please do not exchange them at the online store.

⚪︎If you register your birthday, you will receive 300 points in your birthday month.

⚪︎Sale items, class fees, workshops, etc. are not eligible.

* Purchases cannot be cancelled or returned.

⚪︎Points are valid for 12 months.
