About the Points Program

The Found & Made point program is a system where members registered with our store earn 1 point for every 200 yen spent, and 100 points can be used as 100 yen.

100 Points = 100 yen (can be used for purchases of 1,000 yen or more)

500 Points = 500 yen (can be used for purchases of 5,000 yen or more)

1000 Points = 1100 yen (can be used for purchases of 10,000 yen or more)

Please read the following information and join the program.

⚪︎ You can earn points with the same account both in our online store and physical store.

⚪︎ Customers who registered at the physical store are registered as guests, so to use your points, you need to register as a member from the online store.

⚪︎ To use points, you need to exchange them.

⚪︎ Exchanged points cannot be shared between the online store and physical store. Therefore, if you wish to use points at the physical store, please do not exchange them on the online store; we will exchange them for you at the register during checkout.

⚪︎ If you register your birthday, you will receive 300 points in your birthday month.

⚪︎ Sale items, class fees, and workshops are not eligible.

⚪︎ Purchase cancellations and returns are not eligible.

⚪︎ Points are valid for 12 months.
