About the Products
Please note that product colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor. Thank you for your understanding.
For yarn products, colors may vary slightly between dye lots. Also, it is possible for knots to be present due to the manufacturing process.
Additionally, for yarn products wound on cones, the winding size may differ, but this is due to variations in winding tension, and the quantity is almost the same.
About Product Stock
Products in our online store are also sold in our physical store.
At times, there may be a delay in updating the online inventory, leading to out-of-stock situations. In such cases, we will contact you via email. If you do not receive an email, we may call you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
About Your Registered Email Address
If you are using a mobile carrier email, please set it to receive emails from our store, as we often encounter issues with emails not being delivered. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could register an email address other than a carrier email, such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail.
About Shipping Fees
We deliver via Kuroneko Yamato with regional shipping fees.
Domestic shipping is free for purchases of 22,000 yen or more (excluding Okinawa).
Shipping will initially be calculated for standard delivery, but for items that can be shipped via Nekopos or Takkyubin Compact, we will change the shipping method. Please note that we will adjust the shipping fee without prior notice in such cases.

About Incorrect Addresses
There are many instances of incorrect addresses and names.
Please be aware that correcting these takes time, and you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees due to incorrect addresses leading to misdelivery.

About Delivery Days
We will ship within 1-4 business days after confirming payment.
Our shipping days are generally Tuesdays and Fridays.
・Orders placed between Friday AM 10:00 and Tuesday AM 10:00 will be shipped on Tuesday.
・Orders placed between Tuesday AM 10:00 and Friday AM 10:00 will be shipped on Friday.
Please note that if a shipping day falls on a public holiday, the shipping schedule may shift. We appreciate your understanding.
If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please write it in the "Remarks" section. However, if the date is too close, we may not be able to accommodate your request. If specifying a date, please choose a date about one week after your payment is completed. If no specific date is requested, we will arrange for delivery on the "earliest possible date." This may not apply in regions affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Thank you for your understanding.
About Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations are only accepted before shipping.
If there is a product error or defect due to our mistake, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via email within 5 days of product arrival with the following information:

・Reason for Return (If there is a defect, please attach a photo.)
We sincerely apologize, but returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Returns due to customer's personal reasons
・Used items
・Sale items
About Receipts
We only include a delivery note with the product and do not issue receipts.
Alternatives to receipts are available depending on your payment method, as listed below:

Bank transfer payment: Bank passbook / Transfer statement
Convenience store payment: Receipt received at the store
If you require a receipt, please indicate so in the remarks section at the time of purchase.
