About the product

The color of thread products may vary slightly depending on the batch. Also, there may be unavoidable knots in the product during the manufacturing process.
Also, products with cone-shaped thread may have different winding sizes, but the amount is almost the same; it is just the tension in the winding that is different.
Product availability
The products in the online store are also sold in physical stores.
Depending on the timing, online updates may be delayed and the item may be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you by email. If you do not receive an email, we may call you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport with regional shipping charges.
Free domestic shipping for purchases over 22,000 yen (excluding Okinawa).
Shipping costs are calculated using Takkyubin, but items that can be delivered via Nekopos or Takkyubin Compact will be changed. Please note that we will handle any reductions in shipping costs without contacting you.

Delivery times
Once payment is confirmed, we will ship within 1-4 business days.
Generally, shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays every week.
・Orders placed between 10:00 AM on Friday and 10:00 AM on Tuesday will be shipped on Tuesday. ・Orders placed between 10:00 AM on Tuesday and 10:00 AM on Friday will be shipped on Friday.
If the shipping date falls on a public holiday, the shipping schedule may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have a specific date and time in mind, please write it in the "Notes" section. However, we may not be able to accommodate requests if the date is close, so if you would like to specify a date, please specify a date about one week after payment is completed. If you do not specify a specific date, we will arrange for delivery on the "shortest possible date." This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held.
