Colette dress: 1 stitch for the bodice, structured pattern and eye cord edging for the skirt. Work the dress from the neck down, making a slit at the back of the neck and increasing for the raglan. Start with a basting stitch and work the row back and forth, first the right half stitches, then the left half stitches, to create the neckline and give it shape. Join the pieces and continue in the round, finishing with an eye cord edging at the waist. Work up the skirt stitches with an eye cord edging and work the skirt with the pattern according to the diagram. Work with an eye cord edging on the sleeves and neckline.
Knit the dress with double yarn (= 1 strand Sunday + 1 strand Tin Silk Mohair).

Start knitting stitches for the back. For the back, knit back and forth in a row to create slanted shoulders, continue knitting to the armpits and transfer the remaining stitches to the spare yarn. For the left and right front, continue knitting stitches by shoulder. Increase the number of stitches at the end of the neck and knit a row in the same way as for the back to create a deeper front neckline, then join the two fronts with the one. Knit the front to the armpits, join the back to the front, continuing knitting stitches row by row and finishing with ribbing. Start knitting stitches at the end of each armhole for the sleeves. Knit the sleeves row by row and finish with ribbing.
The neck is double knit and the zipper is sewn in. The whole garment is knit with double yarn (= 1 Double Sunday + 1 Tynn Silk Mohair).

Start knitting the back stitches. For the back, knit back and forth in a turn row to create a slanted shoulder. Continue knitting to the armpit and transfer the remaining stitches to the spare yarn. Knit the front shoulder stitches on both sides. Increase the neck stitches and knit a turn row in the same way as the back, joining the two fronts into one front. Continue the front straight to the armpit and join the front and back. Knit the back/front in the round St-st, decreasing on each side and finishing with ribbing. Knit the sleeve stitches at the end of the armhole. Knit the sleeves in the round and finish with ribbing.
The neck is double knit and the zipper sewn in. The entire sweater is double yarn knit, 1 strand Double Sunday + 1 strand Tynn Silk Mohair.
