Start a stitch at the back, work back and forth increasing stitches for the armholes and finish with a rib. Work up each shoulder stitch on the left and right front sides. Increase towards the armholes before joining the front sides . Work the front back and forth, increasing stitches for the armholes and finishing with a rib at the hem. Start the armhole band stitches as follows : Start a tie band stitch with a crochet hook and continue working up the end stitches at the back/front armholes and finish by starting a tie band stitch with a crochet hook at the end of the row . Rib the armhole band and tie band and finish with an Italian finish. Work the neck in half. Work a slipover in double yarn (= 1 strand SUNDAY + 1 strand TYNN SILK MOHAIR).

GIA ZIPPER SWEATER / Double Sunday ・Tynn Silk Mohair (Available in our store)
Even if you use two strands of Sunday (available in our store), it will be just as thick as Double Sunday.
Start knitting the back stitches. Knit back and forth in a return row to create a diagonal shoulder shape.
Continue knitting until you reach the armpits, and transfer the remaining stitches to the spare yarn. Next, knit the stitches on each of the left and right front shoulders. Increase the number of stitches on the neck, knit a return row in the same way as the back , and knit the two fronts together.
Join one front side. Knit the front side down to the armpit and join the back and front with the same circular thread.
Continue the back/front row with a stitch, decrease on each side and finish with a rib. Close up stitches at the edge of the armhole at the sleeve . Stitch the sleeves and finish with a rib. Double stitch the neck. Sew the zipper.

Start at the back and knit down to the armpit. Transfer the stitch to the spare yarn.
Knit the left and right shoulder stitches. Create and shape the neckline by decreasing and increasing stitches, while knitting a turn row with GSR to create a diagonal shoulder. Join the two front pieces together and knit to the armpit. Join the back and front pieces , continue in the round as shown, and finish with ribbing.
Knit each stitch at the end of the armhole of the sleeve.
Knit the sleeves in the round as shown, then finish with a rib.
