If you simply set the warp threads on the beam that winds them, you can weave a maximum size of about 40cm x 40cm, and if you wind the warp threads longer onto the beam, you can also weave scarves and other items.
Also, if you want to set the warp threads short, such as for a small coaster, you can move the beam inward by about 10 cm, eliminating waste of thread.
The wooden frames can all be removed, allowing for compact storage when not in use.
It also comes with a storage bag so you can store things in it while you're weaving.
