Lovikka from Holma-Helsinglands, a long-established Swedish yarn manufacturer. Lovik yarn is a 1-ply 100% wool yarn that is loosely twisted but has a firm, heavy feel.
In Sweden it is used to knit the traditional Lovika mittens. Hand-woven versions would be good for wall hangings, etc.
With a 6mm needle, the gauge was about 13 stitches and 19 rows. The gloves in the photo are an adult medium size, and each glove weighs 63g.
