About the product

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport with regional shipping charges.

Free domestic shipping for purchases over 22,000 yen (excluding Okinawa).

Shipping charges will be calculated using Takkyubin, but we will change the shipping method for items that can be delivered using Nekopos or Takkyubin Compact. Please note that we will handle any requests for shipping reductions without contacting you.

Delivery time

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days.

Standard shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays every week.
・Orders placed between 10:00AM on Friday and 10:00AM on Tuesday will be shipped on Tuesday. ・Orders placed between 10:00AM on Tuesday and 10:00AM on Friday will be shipped on Friday.
If the shipping date falls on a public holiday, the shipping schedule may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have a specific date and time, please write it in the "Notes" field. However, we may not be able to meet your request if the date is close, so if you would like to specify a date, please specify a date about one week after payment is completed. If you do not specify a date, we will arrange for the item to be delivered on the "shortest possible date." This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held.
